This page present before you the terms and conditions of Afsdeal. While going through the terms and conditions, the terms like Afsdeal, we, us and our stands for the Afsdeal and its affiliates and terms such as you, user and buyer stands for the person who registered himself/herself on the platform (platform specifically means the Afsdeal website) as user by providing his/her data.
The user is kindly requested to go through all the terms and conditions carefully before moving forward.
Terms and conditions as follow:
GST is included in product’s price.
SHIPPING POLICY
A. Shipping rates and time: Shipping rates and time depends on the shipping speed and the weight/size of the product.
B. Delivery timings and days: Packages will be delivered only from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and only on working days (weekdays)
C. Product will reach the user within 4-5 days of order placement.
RETURN POLICY
A. Product return: In case of any product return user/buyer has to go with return option within 2 days of delivery.
*Any product broken or damaged by user/buyer will not be returned.
B. Damaged/defected product return: In case the received product is found defected or damaged by user/buyer during unboxing then the user/buyer has to go with return option within 30 - 60 minutes of product received.
* After going with return option, the package will be collected from user/buyer’s door step within 5 working days and the payment will be refunded within 5 working days after the package get collected.
